Why it is described at all
The eventual destination may involve stewarding substantial capital. Saying so plainly is honest; implying that such capital is present, available, or being raised would not be. There is no entity, no vehicle, and no committed capital behind Maxwell Capital today.
What would justify it
- A broker-verifiable live record — not a backtest, not a forward simulation.
- Evidence that the capability survives across regimes rather than in one favourable period.
- Capacity analysis: which edges remain valid as size grows, and which stop working.
- Governance and risk limits that hold under stress, demonstrated by survival rather than promised by design.
Until those exist, this page describes a possibility and nothing more.
